Take your followers behind the scenes of your working day, whether that’s getting your bridal boutique ready for brides or working on a new stationery design. You can even use the hashtag #WorkWithMeWednesday if you wanted to make it a weekly occurrence.

Your Daily To-Do-List

What’s on your agenda today? Offer your followrs a quick insight into what your plan is for the day ahead. Are you putting together a proposal for a potential bride’s wedding flowers? Perhaps you’ve got to walk the dog before you do a venue meeting later? This is a great option to choose if you’re really struggling and people will love having a glimpse of what you’re getting up to.

Podcast Recommendations

Personally, I love a good podcast (keep your eyes peeled for a post about my top picks later on this month) and your followers will love checking out any recommendations you may have! Whether it is business related or something completely different, this caption idea offers you a chance to encourage engagement and interaction. If you’re not a podcast fan, why not offer book or movie recommendations?

Inspirational & Motivational Quotes

You may have spotted on my Instagram that I am partial to sharing an inspirational quote or two and I think they’re a lovely way of adding a personal touch to your feed. Advice & Tips

No matter what your business may be, advice and tips are always appreciated. If you own a bridal boutique, you could share your favourite tip for brides who are wedding dress shopping. Photographers – why not share some ideas for how couples can make sure they feel more comfortable behind the camera? There is so much scope for sharing content with an advice-based caption, so this would work really well on a weekly basis.

Ambitions & Goals for 2020

Do you have any goals for the year ahead? Share them! Not only can this be seriously motivating (cue the quote post) your followers will love nothing more than hearing about what’s around the corner for your business. Big or small, a goal is a great caption to post about on your Instagram.

Fun Facts About You

Whenever I have published an Instagram post with a few facts about myself (mainly that I am addicted to tea) they are ALWAYS my most liked photos. Followers want to get to know the person behind the brand and finding out that you’re actually a real person. Share a few fun facts about yourself, whether that’s secret talents, how you became a business owner or about your secret love affair with chocolate digestives.
