If you’re feeling stuck when it comes to coming up with captions for your Instagram posts, you are not alone. In fact, so many of us sit at our phones spending hours trying to think of a quirky, engaging caption – which isn’t a great way of utilising your time. Caption block is common amongst so many of my clients and it can quickly become overwhelming, meaning your social media posts are added to the bottom of your to-do-list. Again. Before you know it, you haven’t posted to Instagram in over a month! To help you along the way, I’ve put together 10 fail-safe caption ideas that will help to overcome caption block and will give you a quick kick of creativity!
A Day in the Life
Whether you own a product or service based business, I can guarantee that your followers will LOVE reading about what you get up to on a day-to-day-basis. Take your followers behind the scenes of your working day, whether that’s getting your bridal boutique ready for brides or working on a new stationery design. You can even use the hashtag #WorkWithMeWednesday if you wanted to make it a weekly occurrence.
Your Daily To-Do-List
What’s on your agenda today? Offer your followrs a quick insight into what your plan is for the day ahead. Are you putting together a proposal for a potential bride’s wedding flowers? Perhaps you’ve got to walk the dog before you do a venue meeting later? This is a great option to choose if you’re really struggling and people will love having a glimpse of what you’re getting up to.
